Aimee is so talented herself, and has a real gift for working with children; she's patient and she makes it fun. My daughter looks forward to her lesson every Monday afternoon, and just loves to learn.

Kinga is very easy to work with, she encourages us to observe and be part of the lesson, which is very helpful. I think she also has the right balance between being able to work with different-aged kids but also patience to keep them focused. It's been very positive. I absolutely see growth: my son had never played violin before January, and now he's playing in his first recital [in May]!

Last year, my daughter went to another local music school: the teacher was strict, the music was rigid. Even a budding concert pianist has to just enjoy it, right? And if they're sitting there learning some methodical, very dry technical approach to music, maybe they'll be very good, but if they don't enjoy it, they'll never have the heart to pursue it. Soyulla has been a wonderful and pleasant surprise.
