Ela Bilicka is a multifaceted musician and educator, holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree, as well as a Professional Studies Certificate in piano performance from esteemed institutions such as the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, Poland, the Haute Ecole de Musique de Geneve in Switzerland, and the Manhattan School of Music in NYC.

With over 8 years of teaching experience, Ela has left her mark at music schools across Poland, Switzerland, and the United States. From 2019 to 2022, she held the position of Adjunct Piano Professor at Utah State University in Logan, UT, imparting her knowledge to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced pianists.

Ela's prowess extends beyond the classroom, as she is a decorated pianist, having clinched victories in various international piano competitions, including those in South Korea, North Ireland, and Malaysia. Her performances, both solo and with orchestras, have resonated across Poland, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and the USA, earning her recognition on prestigious platforms such as BBC Radio and Polish TV

In addition to her success in competitions, Ela's debut CD, Lights and Shadows, released by Centaur Records in July 2021, received acclaim for its "wonderful debut" (American Records Guide), "strong poetic streak" (Fanfare Magazine), and hailed as a display of exceptional musicianship (Classical Sentinel).

As a piano instructor, Ela's strength lies in her extensive experience, balancing professionalism with a friendly demeanor and a generous dose of humor. Beyond the world of music, she delves into the realms of neuroaesthetics, exploring the neurological aspects of aesthetics in art through her writings. In her leisure, Ela finds joy in biking, hiking, baking, and savoring delightful cuisines at local restaurants. Her journey is a harmonious blend of teaching, performing, and a passion for the rich tapestry of life.
