She has performed in concerts since she was 12 years old, participating in projects and festivals at home in Brazil and internationally.

Kely moved to the U.S. after receiving a full scholarship from Berklee College of Music, where she majored in cello. She graduated magna cum laude from Berklee. She was also a recipient of the Boston Council’s Opportunity Fund Grant 2022 as a member of the Nebulous Quartet.

An internationally renowned performer, Kely has toured with top musicians around the world. Among her many performances are a tour of Germany performing Brazilian music with Rio's popular string orchestra Camerata Laranjeiras. She has also toured with Norwegian singer Astrid S., which led to Kely being noticed by Norway's largest newspaper, Aftenposten. She continues to actively tour and participate in national and international festivals, collaborating with multiple artists as well as working solo featuring her cello and voice.

Kelly’s mission is to give students the resources and attention they need to grow into confident, effective musicians through fun and enjoyable activities. She loves to incorporate different styles of music into lessons, giving them the opportunity to explore new musical worlds. She strives to be an educator who inspires her students to be the best version of themselves!
