Accordion, Piano, Voice

Sarah is an NYC-based actor, singer, pianist and accordion-player! As a singer/actor, she just finished touring with the 2nd national tour of Anastasia (Ensemble/Countess Gregory, u/s Dowager Empress). 

 

Regional theater credits include: Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story (John W. Engeman Theater, The Fireside Dinner Theatre & Timber Lake Playhouse), Indecent (Actor/accordion at the Arden Theatre Company), Bernstein’s Mass (The Virginia Arts Festival), as well as various productions at Busch Gardens, Virginia, where she covered multiple roles as a vocal swing. Sarah performed in these shows for hundreds of patrons, numerous prestigious vocal and accordion solos. New York Theater credits include: Makeover (New Dramatists), The Nose (Master Theater) & The Dome (Prospect Theater Company).

As a pianist, Sarah has played piano in the orchestra pit for various shows including West Side Story (The Palace Theatre, New Hampshire), Into the Woods, Aida (CMTSJ) & other various original works in NYC.  She continues to work as an accompanist & has played piano for many voice lessons, auditions & shows here in the city.

  

Sarah loves to teach students of all ages! In addition to teaching private lessons, she has also taught in group settings through companies including the Broadway Workshop, Center Stage Theatre Company, Northern Stage & The Children's Musical Theater of San Jose.

As a teacher, Sarah loves to provide a safe space for her students to try new things & continue to grow.  She is grateful to have studied music throughout her life & teaching is her way of passing on what she's learned to her student
